John J. Moffitt, MD

Board Certified In Otolaryngology Head And Neck Surgery

Dr. Moffitt is board certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery since 1994 and is a member of the American College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has been a member of Melnick Moffitt Mesaros since 1993.

Dr. Moffitt helped form the Physician Surgical Center and has been the president for the last 10 years. He also served 4 years on the Cornwall Lebanon School Board.

He graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College,earning a B.S. in Natural Science in 1984. He went to Thomas Jefferson Medical School and graduated with honors in 1988. Surgical internship was at Lehigh Valley Hospital in general and trauma surgery with microsurgical training. In 1989 he returned to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for his Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency and microsurgical course, and graduated in 1993. In 2003, he completed an Otolaryngological Allergy course and a laser resurfacing course.

He grew up in Allentown, PA. He is married and has 5 children.
